Oklahoma needs our prayers right now in a big way and the world is falling apart fast. We need to stay in touch with our Lord on a continual basis and pray for those that lost so much in the tornado.

Praise God my recent knee replacement surgery went well. They predict I will be back on the bike by mid August at the latest. Until then I support my CMA family via a cage.
